Where duplicate accounts are detected, as77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void all bets and winnings, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.

Failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

You must notify as77 promptly if any of your registered account details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential information. as77 accepts no liability for communications or notifications that are not received due to outdated contact information held on your account.

All financial transactions on as77 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). as77 supports a range of local payment methods designed for the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to major Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your as77 account balance in real time, subject to the availability of the respective payment service. There are no fees charged by as77 for standard deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the as77 finance team within the timeframes stated in the platform's withdrawal policy. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to three Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds — and any winnings generated from bonus funds — are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. The wagering requirement for any given bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's individual terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account balance.

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of as77 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per mobile number.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and bet types specified in the individual bonus terms. Stakes placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.

By using the as77 platform, you agree to use it in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of as77 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the as77 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets through your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee profit at the expense of the platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, AI agent, or other technical mechanism to interact with the as77 platform in place of genuine human input.
• Exploiting any software error, technical glitch, or pricing anomaly on the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void and will be confiscated.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the as77 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise access the underlying source code or data infrastructure of the as77 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing as77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the as77 platform for any commercial purpose other than personal, recreational gambling.

as77 reserves the right to investigate any account that it reasonably suspects is in breach of these prohibitions, and to take whatever action it deems necessary — including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities — without prior notice to the player.

All content on the as77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, game assets, promotional materials, software, and any other material made available through as77.win — is the exclusive intellectual property of as77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the as77 platform solely for your own personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any as77 content without prior written permission.
• Use any as77 branding, logos, or trade marks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest affiliation with as77 without authorisation.

• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trade mark notice, or other proprietary rights notice appearing on or within the platform.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by as77. Unauthorised use of as77's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any player or third party for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the as77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, betting decisions, or jackpot non-payment due to technical error.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data as a result of circumstances beyond as77's reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any odds, results, or game data displayed on the platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether or not as77 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

as77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Where as77 is found liable to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the maximum aggregate liability of as77 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your as77 account at any time by contacting as77 customer support via live chat or by emailing support@as77.win. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed, provided they comply with these Terms & Conditions. Any remaining account balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Suspension or Closure by as77: as77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has previously been self-excluded from as77.
• Technical security concerns requiring immediate protective action.

Where an account is closed by as77 due to a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited at as77's discretion, particularly where the balance arose from activities that themselves constituted the breach.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through the as77 responsible gaming tools or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion is applied immediately. Players who have self-excluded are not permitted to attempt to re-register or re-access the platform during the exclusion period. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the as77 platform.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a player and as77, the player should first contact as77 customer support via live chat or at support@as77.win with a clear description of the issue. as77 will investigate all complaints fairly and thoroughly and will aim to provide a resolution within ten (10) Bangladesh Standard Time business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

as77 is committed to resolving disputes in a transparent and player-friendly manner. Players are encouraged to provide all relevant details — including account username, transaction IDs, dates and times, and a description of the issue — to facilitate an efficient resolution.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the as77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and as77 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: The failure of as77 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
